The biggest surprise in this reading was the "fatal visions in strategic planning section." I realized there was a large amount of those that applied to me.
One part of the reading that was confusing to me was the entrepreneurial strategy matrix model. It seemed like a confusing way to describe the specific situations.
One question I have for the author is, what is the best way to overcome one-person-band syndrome? Another question is, if I'm more of a managerial leader, how do i gain some of the positive traits of visionary or strategic leaders?
There wasn't really anything specific I disagreed with the author about in this chapter.
